How do Pixel computer glasses work?

Our glasses filter out blue light emitted by digital devices such as computers, smartphones, televisions, tablets, fluorescent lights, and LEDs.

Our glasses have a virtually clear lens and look just like a normal pair of glasses when you're wearing them. Our frames are built with cellulose acetate, the same material used by most high-end eyewear brands and our selection of vintage and classic styles will keep you looking sharp.

What is blue light?

Blue light is part of the visible light spectrum that packs the highest energy with the shortest wavelengths, emitted by digital screens such as computers and smartphones. With its high energy, blue light has the potential to reach deeper into your eyes. Studies show prolong exposure to blue light may be linked sleep cycle disruption and other long term health problems.

What makes Pixel lenses better?

We set out to design computer glasses that we would wear ourselves, so we only looked for the best - and we've found it. Our lenses embed blue light filtering material directly instead of using a reflective coating. Our glasses can filter up to 95% at the highest levels while keeping the lenses virtually clear. Our lenses also reduce glare as well as incorporating a new coating technology that keep your lenses clean and scratches free.

Are there different sizes?

All of our models are unisex and designed to fit most face shapes. Each model has dimensions listed in the product description ex: 52-18-145. Measurements are in milimeters and represent lens width, nose bridge, temple (arm) lengths respectively.

How do I submit my prescription?

After you make a Rx purchase, you can email your prescription to help@pixeleyewear.com. You can simply take a photo with your phone and attach the image in the email to us. Please include your name and order #. We will also reach out to you after your purchase if you have not provided your prescription to us.

How do I measure my pupillary distance (PD)?

Your pupillary distance is the measurement between your pupils. It is necessary for us to correctly center the lenses in to your frames. If your doctor did not provide your PD with your prescription, you can measure it yourself with our simple guide: Measure your PD

Can you fill my prescription?

We're able to fill prescriptions with Sphere (SPH) between -8.00 to +4.00 and Cylinder (CYL) between -2.00 and +2.00. If you have astigmatism, please make sure to have both Cylinder (CYL) and axis values. If you fall outside of this range or if you need help reading your prescription, please send us an email at help@pixeleyewear.com.

What is your return policy for Rx orders?

We offer the same 30-day risk-free return policy for Rx orders. We currently do have a limit of one prescription pair per order. We offer free shipping, returns, and exchanges for all of our orders.

Do you offer bifocals, prism, or progressives?

We do not currently offer bifocals, prism, or progressives. At the moment, we can fill single vision prescriptions between SPH -6.00 to +4.00 and CYL -2.00 to +2.00.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day risk-free returns for all of our eyewear after the order is delivered. We also offer free exchanges and we provide recommendations based on the fit of the pair you purchased to find a better fitting pair. When can I expect my order?

The processing time depends on the type of order, and when you place the order.

Order Type and Estimated Shipping Times:

Non-Rx Computer Glasses - Ships within 1-2 business days
Reading Computer Glasses - Ships within 3-7 business days
Prescription Computer Glasses - Ships approximately 7 business days

Note: International orders will take additional time to arrive. The timing depends on your country.

How can I track my package?

After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number for you to follow the progress. Currently we ship our packages through USPS. We're as excited as you are to have the glasses delivered! :)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, simply select the country at the dropdown at checkout. Please note that international packages may incur additional customs cost charged by your local government.
